Kalomar Properties, LLC of San Diego, CA is a privately held real estate investment company focused on buying and holding single family houses for cash flow and long term price appreciation.

Our business model is predicated on our buy and hold strategy, supplemented by our buy/fix/resell business where we take ugly, abused houses, give them a makeover, and then either keep them or resell them to a new owner occupant.

Our team consists of experts in real estate, marketing, finance, project management, construction, and property management. Together, we perform an extensive due diligence process on each and every property we buy. For us, the decision to buy or to take a pass, is always the results of this due diligence process and basic mathematics. We’ve yet to see a house that we’ve just “had to have”.
