Notice that I said “houses” and not just “house”. Yes, my goal is to buy as many houses as I can afford to so that I can ensure that my family’s retirement is an enjoyable one.

As you saw in the video, selling a rental house via an installment sale is typically a very good idea for the current owner/investor; primarily for tax reasons. If you live in the house, taxes will not be as much of an issues, but the rest of the video will still apply.
