As investors, very important part of our business plan is to have the marketing systems in place that will allow us to have a steady stream of sellers contacting us who need to sell their home. The reasons why they are selling vary greatly; however, most often these sellers are looking to sell their house quickly.

With this steady stream of leads, its not uncommon for us to have more opportunities than we can handle on our own. That doesn’t mean that we let a good deal pass us by, however!

When we find a good deal that isn’t a fit for us at a given point in time, we will wholesale that house to another investor friend of ours. We also buy houses this way, so you might say that our form of investing is a team sport.

If you’d like to become a part of that team, we need to know what type of house would fit your criteria. To just say, “one that makes me money” isn’t really going to make it easy for us to know when to call you. So, with that in mind, we have created the form below. Please fill it out completely so that we have the best possible chance of knowing a good deal for you when we find it.

At this point, you might be asking, “if the deal is so good, why aren’t they keeping it”. That is a very good question and as I bought my first investment property wholesale, I’ll share with you the answer. There are times when our rehab crews are run off their feet. There are times when we have vacancies and don’t want another rental. And, there are times when we are planning to go on vacation, etc…

The reality is that no one investor can take advantage of all the opportunities that come there way, and in these situations, we’ll take a small profit quickly, instead of holding out for the much larger profit that will come eventually. So, if you buy a house wholesale, you can expect to either get a big discount for cash, or very favorable terms.
