Shipping Information

In an effort to ensure that all orders are received in a timely manner, KaLoMar ships orders daily with the exception of weekends and holidays. Orders that are placed before 3PM EST will be shipped on the next business day. Orders that are placed after 3PM EST will be shipped within two business days. (Example: Orders placed on Thursday after 3PM EST will ship on Monday).  


Items are shipped via USPS priority mail. Typically, orders are delivered between 3-5 business days once the order has been shipped. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.  


Tracking numbers are sent via email within 24 hours after the order has been shipped. Once your order has shipped and a tracking number has been provided, KaLoMar is no longer responsible for the package.

Cancelled Orders

KaLoMar has a no cancellation policy as all orders begin processing immediately once they are placed. 

Exchange/Return Policy

Disclaimer: KaLoMar is committed to providing quality apparel at affordable prices, while also ensuring that you have an exceptional customer experience. All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out. Any items that are found to be less than satisfactory will be discarded from inventory.  


In general, all sales are considered final. All claims, including non-defective item returns must be made within 24 hours after receipt of the merchandise. Returns will be provided ONLY for wrong items shipped by shipping error for store credit only. Exchanges are only accepted for non-clearance items or items that have not been discounted. Items must be in its original condition (unwashed,unworn) with the original packaging.  


If for any reason you would like to exchange or return an item, please contact us immediately to begin the process. Failure to adhere to the above guidelines will result in your request not being approved.

Store Credit Terms

In the instance where a return has been approved, store credit will be issued. A code will be issued to redeem your store credit and is good for one time use. Purchases made using store credit are considered a final sale and will not be considered for an exchange or return. Store Credit cannot be used in conjunction with coupon codes or on discounted items.
